Zion Village Townhomes Pool Design

It's all about designing a residential resort with the amenities that can satisfy everyone, young and old.

The attached image is a rough draft of the pool area, which will complete in the first phase.  As far as we know, this is the best pool in the area.  With over 80,000 gallons of water, it will offer a sunken firepit, lazy river, kids' splash pad and pool, misters, separate adult pool area with volleyball, a spa, and many separate areas to lounge and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.  Of course, we won't forget the audio system, or the lights, or tubes to ride the river!

Just bring your sunscreen and whatever you'll want to grill in the outdoor kitchen nearby.  If the pool isn't for you, the clubhouse will offer yoga and exercise rooms along with showers and lockers, a game room, lounge area, kitchen and dining area.

Zion Village starts work on Phase 1 and 2170 West

Zion Village Townhomes is pleased to announce the beginning of earthwork and street construction for it's 92 townhome vacation rental resort project in Hurricane, Utah.  According to Todd Getz, Zion Village's Manager, asphalt with curb and gutters should be complete by the end of August 2016.  This will include all utilities as well as cable, fiber optic, and a unique storm drainage system that helps retain most of the storm water to replace it back into the water table.  In addition to completing the roads, 7 finished pads are in various stages of work, along with the pad for the clubhouse and pool.

Our current plan is to begin construction on the first four units and the clubhouse within a few weeks of each other.  The closer we get, the more excited we become as this project will offer a unique pool and clubhouse experience as well as offer great features in the townhomes.

With so many outdoor attractions and features close by, Zion Village Townhomes will be the best choice in the vacation rental market.

If you have any questions, or would like to join our reservation list, you can send us an email on the contacts button of our website at www.zionvillagetownhomes.com.
